Former political organizer turned designer with top-notch training and experience in user-centered product and service design.

Currently serving as a Lead Designer for the USAA Chief Design Office, focused on scaling a human-centered design and development approach enterprise-wide. Formerly served as a designer at the VA Center for Innovation to increase veteran access to mental health services.

Currently grappling, like many, with how to enact design at scale without losing sight of the intent: to create systems, digital products, and services that support humans and their actual needs.

Graduate of the Austin Center for Design, where I now teach Research and Synthesis.
